Pui oriental in stil „ Alex”/ Alex style chicken

Dupa cum am promis, am revenit si cu mancare. Aceasta reteta este una inventata de mine, nu m-am inspirat de nicaieri, doar din imaginatia mea. Este o reteta pe care eu am incercat sa o duc intr-o zona asiatica, mai precis China, dar hai sa trecem la reteta si veti vedea la ce ma refer.

Pentru taitei aveti nevoie... de taitei

Pentru pui aveti nevoie de:

- 300g de pui ( mai mult sau mai putin in functie de preferinta)

- sos de soia

- ghimbir ( proaspat sau pudra)

- 1 usturoi verde sau 2-3 catei de usturoi

- 2-3 cepe verzi

- ardei iute ( optional)


Mod de preparare:

Puiul se taie cubulete, in functie de ce parte a puiului ati ales (aceasta sarcina va fi mai mult sau mai putin usoara). Dupa ce ati taiat puiul cubulete, il puneti intr-un bol, iar peste el se adauga ghimbirul si sosul de soia ( trebuie sa fiti atenti la cantitatea sosului de soia, ca sa nu fie prea sarat dupa aceea). Intre timp, tocati usturoiul verde si cepele si le puneti de asemenea peste pui. Puiul se amesteca bine cu celelalte ingrediente si se lasa la marinat minim o ora ( ca ingredient optional se poate adauga si putin ulei de susan).


Motivul pentru care adaugam ceapa verde si usturoiul verde este ca, atunci cand vom praji puiul, ceapa si usturoiul se vor carameliza si vom obtine o combinatie de gust intre dulce si sarat si usor picant.

Odata ce am scos puiul de la marinat, apa pentru taitei trebuie deja sa fiarba, astfel incat puiul si taiteii sa fie gata deodata. Punem puiul intr-o tigaie sau intr-un wok, in functie de ce aveti, iar taiteii ii punem la fiert.

Dupa ce taiteii s-au fiert, iar puiul este gata, tot ce aveti de facut este sa puneti taiteii, scursi bine de apa,peste pui si le amestecati. Ca timp de gatire acesta mancare necesita exact 10 minute din viata voastra, partea mai lunga este marinatul puiului.

In mod normal as avea o sugestie de plating, dar eu zic ca atata timp cat puneti taiteii ingrijit in farfurie nu are cum sa nu arate bine.

As promised, I came back with food. This recipe is one invented by me, I was not inspired by anywhere, only by my imagination. It is a recipe that I tried to take to an Asian area, more precisely China, but let's move on to the recipe and you will see what I mean. For noodles you need ... noodles For the chicken you need: - 300g of chicken (more or less depending on preference) - soy sauce - ginger (fresh or powdered) - 1 green garlic or 2-3 cloves of garlic - 2-3 green onions - hot peppers (optional)


Preparation:

The chicken is cut into cubes, depending on which side of the chicken you have chosen (this task will be more or less easy). After you have cut the chicken into cubes, put it in a bowl, and over it add the ginger and soy sauce (you must pay attention to the amount of soy sauce, so that it is not too salty afterwards). Meanwhile, chop the green garlic and onions and place them over the chicken as well. The chicken is mixed well with the other ingredients and left to marinate for at least an hour (as an optional ingredient you can add a little sesame oil).

The reason we add green onions and green garlic is that when we fry the chicken, the onion and garlic will caramelize and we will get a combination of sweet and salty taste and slightly spicy. Once we have removed the chicken from the marinade, the noodle water should already be boiling, so that the chicken and the noodles are ready at once. We put the chicken in a pan or in a wok, depending on what you have, and we boil the noodles.

After the noodles have boiled and the chicken is ready, all you have to do is put the noodles, well drained of water, over the chicken and mix them. As cooking time this food requires exactly 10 minutes of your life, the longest part is the chicken marinade. Normally I would have a plating suggestion, but I say that as long as you put the noodles neatly on the plate it can't look bad.
