This is the english version of the recipe:

Probably after I post this recipe, many of you will be wondering, "Yeah, avocado paste with goacamole, isn't it the same thing?", But to get over this interrogative stage, I'll clarify that the only difference between the two is the ingredients, not the avocado, but I think that was already obvious. I say let's move on to the recipe:

For the avocado paste you need:

-Avocado

-2 hard boiled egg yolks

-about 2 cloves of garlic

-salt pepper

-lemon juice (a lemon or a half lemon or even less depending on how sour you want it, we don't want to make avocado lemonade though)

Preparation:

For the beginning , the avocado is cut in half lengthwise, along the core, after this procedure you should have two relatively symmetrical pieces of avocado.

The next step is to remove the seeds from the avocado, this procedure requires attention. The avocado is taken in one hand, and in the other a large knife is held, not a small one, and then the knife is implanted in the kernel, not with the tip! rotate the knife with the kernel until it comes out of the avocado. After removing the seeds, remove the contents with a spoon and put them in a bowl, in the meantime you should put the eggs to boil, and to make sure that the yolks will be hard, leave them to boil for about 15 minutes. I assure from my own experience that they will be hard. While the eggs are boiling, the avocado is crushed with a fork, and if it is not ripe enough you can put it in the blender. After the avocado reaches a pasty consistency, season with salt and pepper and possibly other spices, if desired. Then add the crushed garlic over the paste, if you have the tool in the picture you can crush it with it, but if not, you can cut it very small.

After you put the garlic in the paste, you have to add the hard boiled yolks and mix them until they are homogenous with the avocado paste. Avocado paste is ready!
